There is also a fully equipped kitchen for the villa, a dining room and a comfortable living room with a large screen TV.

EXTERIOR:

The lovely garden is planted with palm trees, plants and Fucus. The pool area is furnished with sun loungers and garden furniture, there is also a jacuzzi and the plancha is located on the covered terrace. To the rear of the villa there is a further furnished relaxation area in the shade of a large tree and the garden on this side is distributed over several levels.

SITUATION:

The villa is located in a well-known area of Benissa, Cala Pinets, a quiet area, 200m from a cove with clear waters. Only 10 minutes drive from the centre of Calpe where you can enjoy the Mediterranean cuisine.
